Our CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) programs are based on diverse, repetitive functional movement. Gymnastics, weight-lifting and a broad range of ever-changing metcon exercises will make you leaner, stronger, faster, fitter and more empowered, more quickly and more effectively than with traditional programs.
Using the natural movement of your entire body, CrossFit works by eliminating the routine in your workout. By providing you with a constantly shifting challenge that keeps you on your feet, preparing you for anything and everything – especially that which you least expect.
A method that is scalable, allowing you to grow towards your optimum self as you constantly strive to overcome the challenge. A method that places you within a community of like-spirited people, combining comradery with competition and ambition with enjoyment.

Personal training
Access customised training from head coach Michael Sanchez. Michael will put his years of experience – including 4 years of personal training – to use to deliver you a personalised program that perfectly aligns your training with your aspirations.
Personal training is key to doing things right, safely in a manner that matches your condition, physically and mentally, and which ensures the most effective results from your hard work.
